Orangetheory Fitness is bringing its science-backed workout to Inman Park when it opens its newest location on August 18.
The new studio will offer classes with start times running from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., allowing members to pick the time that best fits their schedule and goals. All of the sixty minute high-intensity interval workouts are designed to generate the “afterburn,” which leaves members burning calories up to 36 hours after the workout ends.
Honors Holdings, the world’s largest franchisee of Orangetheory Fitness studios, will be opening this studio which marks the company’s 103rd studio nationally, and 38th in Georgia.
