Part-time Sitter Needed

We are looking for a local sitter to help care for our four month old son starting in October. The schedule isn't set, but we imagine it'll be 3 days a week, from early afternoon to late afternoon/early evening (likely between 10-15 hrs a week), plus occasional date nights. Primary duties would be caring for our son, and some light housework while he is napping would be a huge plus (dishes, laundry, general tidying up). We would like someone who has some experience with infants, a few references, and is vaccinated from covid 19 and up to date with other vaccinations. This is perfect for someone looking to supplement their income. He's a happy baby. He does fuss sometimes. He loves walks so please be willing to walk him around the neighborhood. We near Mariachi Plaza, just over the bridge from lil Tokyo and the arts district. Pay depends on experience.
