Description
Ideally pianos are tuned every 6 months- whether they’re played or not. There’s a legitimate argument for this, especially here in the Upper Midwest, where the drastic seasonal change in humidity can wreak havoc, expanding and contracting the wood. But once a year is fine. If your piano’s been neglected for some years, that’s ok too, and good on you for bringing it back to how it was meant to sound.
I’m a graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy, Manhattan School of Music, and Minnesota School of Piano Technology. I have perfect pitch.
A tuning is $120. I include simple repairs, but my forte is fine tuning, not restoration or big repairs.
If you’re far away I’ll have to charge extra, but I’ll still come.
