FOUND: Bag of CDs, Prospect Hill

I found them on Aug. 18th and rescued them from the rainstorm that was forecast. (There were a couple of books next to the bag as well, so I figured at first that all the items had been abandoned - but then I thought, why take chances?) Anyway, there are about 70, many of which were in two slightly rare categories. Name those categories, plus maybe a dozen of the artists, and they're yours. (It would help if you can name the street I found them on as well.) It's better to call, as a rule (please leave a COMPLETE phone number), but email is fine too.
