I am moving abroad and need to re-home my 2 year old rats. They are very sweet and curious ladies who love to explore during free roam, but also have started to snuggle more as they have gotten older. I am looking for an experienced rat owner who can provide them with the space they need and the resources to take care of them as they come into their older years. I do not want to put them down, but I fear that is what will happen if I cannot find someone to take them (surrendering them to the humane society at their age, I do not think they would be adopted out) and my friends and family are not able to care for them. They have had some medical issues, but nothing unusual for rats to experience. I am happy to go into further detail with interested parties. There is no fee! I would also love to donate a large bag of litter I bought (the recycled newspaper pellets) and some extra food I have. I really just want these ladies to go to a loving home.
