Drummer Needed - Mostly Country

Working country band looking for a like-minded drummer. What would "like-minded" be? - Someone that isn't looking to play every weekend, but has availability to allow for bookings. We only play once or twice per month (on purpose to keep a balance in life with family and other interests). - Someone who wants to play for good money and have a good time doing it. When we do play, it's usually for good pay and it's always a good time. - Someone who enjoys slightly older (okay, older) 80s, 90s, and early 2000s country. We also play a few older and some more current country along with a few rock classics. - Someone committed to contributing to a friendly and positive experience (we don't have band drama, don't enjoy band drama, don't want band drama). We get along really well and would like to keep it that way. - Someone who doesn't depend on a lot of group practice, can self-practice, and owns their part in the group. Sure, we'll practice together as needed. We enjoy that too, but we do depend on a lot on self-practice when possible. We're more interested in these qualities than someone who doesn't have these qualities and is a great drummer. There isn't a lot of pressure and that's how we like it. We want to do well, but enjoying the experience is more important than perfection.
