Seeking Live-in/Roommate Home Care Provider for Woman with Multiple Sc

My mom is 73 years old and in the later stages of Multiple Sclerosis. She is in a wheelchair and has very limited abilities. This is a roommate type situation where your place of employment would also be your only residence. Her needs will include general care, transfer from wheelchair to bed and back with Hoyer Lift, toilet, meal prep w/possible feeding and clean-up, other light cleaning, application of creams/ointments, medication, range of motion exercises, creating grocery/supplies lists, possible errands, occasional shower. Hours and days can vary, so some flexibility is necessary, but basically include: Sleep at apartment 7 nights a week Basic shifts: 5 evenings a week (presently Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun) for approx. 6 hours each evening. 3 of those hours are compensated via IHSS (In Home Social Services currently pays $14 hourly) and the remaining 3 hours are compensated with private bedroom/bath, utilities, cable & internet.
