Intersection Repair & Maintenance is seeking a Dayporter to join our team! This person must be reliable, punctual, hardworking and a skilled individual seeking long-term employment. The Dayporter must be able to efficiently handle a changing environment and be capable of dealing with multiple people and various situations simultaneously. Promotion and growth opportunities are available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas. · Sweeps, scrubs, finishes, and polishes floor. · Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. · Dusts furniture and equipment. · Polishes metalwork. · Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork. · Washes windows, door panels, and sills. · Empties wastebaskets and empties and cleans ashtrays. · Transports trash and waste to disposal area. · Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: · Ability to work with a team and independently · Reliable transportation.
