I need a person to clean my short term rental property on an as needed basis, starting tomorrow. The person should have a phone, know how to use apps like Properly, or any other cleaning application, have a working CashApp account, or Venmo, or some fast way that works to recieve payments quickly. The work will usually be between 12-3 pm, or earlier depending on the guest. The property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.
Two hours of work per guest is guaranteed. If you live farther than 10-30 minutes away on your worst day, please do not consider this side gig, it will be a struggle for you.
