Lost or Stolen Dog

Oreo is a white with black spots Shih Tzu he has a black circle spot in his back and his right eye is white cloudy or possibly fully white by now I am looking for my dog he got lost or stolen on 8/3/21 on Central and 25st in a Meat market store he would go out to pee and always come back I would always follow him I would never trust him to go on his own sometimes I notice he wanted to go a bit further then his limit or even want to cross the other side of the streets and I would stop him but my family would trust him to always come back and I wasnt there when he went missing I guess he fanally went further or crossed the street and got lost or someone saw him while he was trying to pee and took him thats seriously messed up cause he was wearing his crawler with his Dog tag with information and number so if someone took him that persons knews they were Dog naping him. I am looking for him in the street or the person and house where they have him I have been putting up flyer I have only 3 calls one claming to have seen it and 2 of them though they found the person who has it but no luck so far I have also gone to the shelter no luck also he is Microchip I'm surprised I haven't gotten a call from the dog pound keenels or shelters there always so quick to grab them and call unless someone really does have him we really miss him and want him back I am asking for help if you've seen him let me know where or grab him and call me or the numbers on my flyer please keep an eye out for him there is a reward for him
