Responsible for the general upkeep of the horse facility; overall management of buildings and pastures; machinery upkeep; organizing and supervising facility work crew projects; and working to secure pertinent donations of materials and/or expertise. This position operates tractor (and attachments), gator, truck and blade, and hand tools. This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds and work outside in all weather conditions. 39 acres, multiple hand tools, tractors, 30 horses on the property.
