Preferred Service is a full-service facilities management company. We specialize in janitorial needs to big box retail locations, food service, and hospitality industries. We provide pressure washing, scrub and waxes, and strips (along with various other jobs). Our work is completed overnight to provide minimal disruption to our customers' business. We are currently seeking a contractor to perform pressure washing in approximately 25 locations. Locations vary in the area and areas surrounding but pressure washing includes sidewalk, shopping carts, and dumpster pad perimeter completed on a quarterly basis. Contractors are paid on a NET 15 basis. Throughout the years, we have stayed committed to the same set of values and quality workmanship that has allowed us to ensure that our name is associated throughout the industry with quality and integrity.
