We are currently seeking a Full-time maintenance person to serve at an apartment complex in the Pendleton, OR area. To apply, please send your resume and contact information.
Duties include keeping the property and all common areas clean, painting, trouble shooting and repair of appliances, landscaping, shoveling snow and de-icing property in the winter, ordering supplies and keeping an updated inventory of supplies on hand, general plumbing and electrical skills a plus.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a GED
Have 1 year or more experience performing maintenance tasks
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license in order to run errands for the company
Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, and/or sitting for extended periods of time
Frequent climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, bending, twisting, and stretching
Ability to lift and/or move an excess of 50 pounds or more
Ability to use standard maintenance equipment
Shovel snow
Ability to wear personal protective equipment when necessary
Comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet
