Looking for a full scope of year around property maintenance for the items below for a 2 acre property in SE Aurora. Thank you! 1) Lawn mowing/bagging/trimming weekly during growing season (April - November). 11,000sf lawn. Bagging only no mulching. 2) Lawn aeration spring and fall. 3) Decorative rock weed control/cleanup of branches, leaves, pinecones monthly during growing season (anticipate 8x April - November) 4) Native grass trimming and edging along driveway and buildings and around trees (anticipate 6x - may, June, July, august, September, October). Include blowing driveway clean and decorative rock cleanup after trimming. 5) Leaf and needle/pinecone cleanup and disposal in the fall – October/November. 6) Native grass mowing to a 6" height (2x - mid may and early July). Approx. 1 acre of area on lot. 7) Snow removal on 15,000 sf driveway. Truck and plow only to house and two outbuildings. No shoveling or salting required. 8) Fertilize 125 trees 2x a year (April and October).
