Taking bids for experienced electrician to run additional electrical

Im in need of an experienced electrician because this is a complex job. The house is a cottage on a lake originally built in about the 40's with about 3 separate additions so everything is hodge podged and not "normal". The electricity was updated about 8 years ago. I had an electrician start this job and not finish so that's where I'm at. The work needs to be done in a finished attic that I'm remodeling. There is already electrical run up there. I just need electrical run to 2 other areas of the 2nd floor. I need a switch installed at the base of the stairs. I'm needing the project completed asap because the drywallers are waiting on it. Again another electrician started this project and I don't know how he ran the electrical he did so you'd be picking this job up in the middle of it which I know isn't the easiest. See attached pics.
