TIRE/LUBE TECH We are looking for a full time Tire and Lube Tech for our fast-paced automotive repair shop in Washougal, WA. Requirements: MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE Outstanding customer service skills Must listen and take direction well Takes initiative and works well with minimal supervision We are a family oriented business and want the right team player. We are looking for someone who is eager, energetic and good with people. At our shop we do it all....from flat repairs to engine replacements. The right candidate will have: • Knowledge in all tire sizes relating to cars and trucks • Be efficient working with tire pressure monitoring systems • Experience with changing oil • Experience performing full vehicle safety inspections Lube and Tire Technicians will come in contact with used motor oil and other chemicals, are required to bend, reach, stand and squat for long periods of time, as well as help maintain facility cleanliness and stock inventory. This job is conducted in a fast pace environment where multi-tasking skills are required. No tools needed, tools for the job are provided by the shop. ***Willing to train the right candidate if you have oil changing experience. *** The majority of our current crew has been here for years! Very stable work place and we are willing to train the right person, if you are the right fit. We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
