D-8 Services is currently seeking a Framers and Framing Crews for the greater Dallas area. D-8 Services is a rapidly growing, construction services company, and we constantly seek vendors, partners, and to join our industry-leading team. Our partners are competitive entrepreneurs with strong character who are energized by working on a team to meet challenges and are willing to take risks after careful planning. We build wood framed Lite Industrial Commercial buildings in cities around DFW. We are currently needing 10-15 framers. Commercial wood framing experience preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of framing and carpentry experience Minimum 3 year as framing/carpentry foreman Commercial Construction experience preferred Residential Framing Accepted Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn Broad technical skills in carpentry including knowledge of foundations, rafters and stairs Working knowledge of all related building trades Osha Certification Preferred Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Expected behavioral standards: Shows up and is ready to work when scheduled Must be comfortable working at projected heights, narrow workspaces, various depths (roofs) Communicates absence or tardiness with supervisor as early as possible Shows respect for yourself and others Works safely Has a can-do attitude
