Construction projects are mostly ground-up with some tenant finish-outs and renovations. Projects are local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Candidates should be able to meet these minimum requirements: • 5 years commercial construction experience is mandatory • Current OSHA 10 or 30-Hour certification • Monitor quality control and quality assurance.
