Site Supervisor Job Summary Trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing business as a site supervisor. The role of a site supervisor has broad responsibilities, from managing staff and overseeing projects, to maintaining safety protocols and implementing site procedures. Our ideal candidate is experienced, responsible, and team-focused. Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities • Oversee day to day operations of residential exterior jobsites (roof builds) • Take pictures of projects • Take inventory of materials in morning and end of day • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality • Communicate with customers regarding products and services Site Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications • Truck or SUV preferred • Bi-lingual preferrable • Able to use Apps on phone • Available early mornings for early start times • Excellent written and spoken communication skills • Proven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforce • Confidence to thrive under pressure • Professional demeanor and attitude
