Apply at WITH A RESUME PLEASE :) All Star Labor and Staffing is looking for several employees to work for a cell tower company based out of the Eugene area with no specific experience required although cellular experience will gain a premium in pay. Even though the company is based out of Eugene these positions travel across Oregon and going to Eugene is not a requirement to start work. This position is full time, and the following are some basic criteria: • Ability to travel • Ability to Climb up to 200' • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and 40 lbs regularly • Valid ODL with no major violations in the last three years (preferred not required) This position is intended to transition to a full-time position with our company at which time you will be eligible for a pay increases and benefits. Benefits once getting hired on include: • 401k that company contributes 3% (no match required) • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance with employee premium fully paid by company • Up to 3 weeks Paid Time Off • (9) Paid holidays • Per diem to cover cost of meals while travelling ($200.00 per week average) • Annual bonus The goal is to find responsible, mature individuals that we can train toward being crew leads and foremen. Crew leads make between $21.00/hr and $24.00/hr, and foremen make between $24.00/hr and $30.00 per hr. Generally, a unexperienced employee will be here about 2 years before being considered for a lead position, and 4 years before being considered for a foreman position.
