needing help with filing a legal complaint with the Deschutes county courts for the conduct of a circuit Court judge. Who's conduct was unbecoming of an officer of the Court. The outright disdain and bias interpretation the testimony given in front of her. She completely misconstrued the evidence that was presented before. I'm only standing up for my rights and I believe her conduct needs to be addressed and hopefully reprimanded or even recused from my case. I just need basic help with filling out the paperwork and their proper and appropriate legal language contained within that filing. your help would be completely anonymous and would never be mentioned. anyone who believes in Justice and respect and to hold those in power accountable for their actions verbally or otherwise. I would plead with you to help me in this honorable and justified request. this is not a trivial or unjust request in any way, I'm simply standing up for my basic rights as a human being and a citizen of the United States and the state of Oregon. I only want to a review from a higher power of the actions of this judge and her interpretation of what was presented in testimony. Her accusations of what she perceived or witnessed during our video Court we're deeply disturbing and completely misconstrued. I'm only asking for help with this filing of the proper paperwork that's available online. I really need those who oversee these complaints to review it with respect and without bias and examine her actions. If she was in the right then so be it, but if she was in the wrong then she should be held accountable for her actions and her position as a judge thank you for anyone who would grant me their time and and just assistance in this matter.
