Field Technician/Construction Assistant The Field Technician, under the direction of the Foreman, works with a crew to install basement waterproofing solutions and repair foundations in residential homes. Our field technicians operate a variety of equipment, including hand and power tools: jackhammers, machos, weepers, and bulldog tools. No experience is needed - we will train you! Our Field Technicians will learn the following skills: -- Proper waterproofing techniques -- Masonry work -- Light plumbing -- Light electrical -- Landscaping ***WE PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY TOOLS AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT*** We also provide transportation to/from the job sites. Requirements: -- Ability to lift 50-60lbs -- Valid Driver's License (preferred) -- Dependable transportation -- Dependability; Willingness to work -- Positive Attitude Hours & Compensation: -- Monday to Friday, starting at 6:30am. Typical week is 40-50hrs. -- **NO WEEKENDS** -- Hourly pay based on experience; Entry-level pay starts at $650-800/week -- We provide opportunities to increase your pay with simple knowledge tests and certifications!
