Looking for Apartment Maintenance Tech. -Full time work Monday through Friday 9 am- 6 pm one hour lunch -Must have reliable transportation -Full time -MUST HAVE TOOLS -Bilingual is a plus -Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, cleaning, and painting. -Repairing and maintaining structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors. -Make ready units for new move-ins. -Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance. -Schedule and complete maintenance in software system. -Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up and light sweeping -Coordinate special projects as directed. -Maintain HVAC systems (if applicable). -Pool Maintenance (if applicable). -Full Time -HVAC/EPA certification is a plus, but not a requirement.
