HOUSEKEEPERS Needed Outdoor Shopping Center, Phoenix (Tatum Blvd & North 101) Full-Time & Part-Time positions available Day & Evening Shifts Available, Must be able to work weekends if needed. We are looking for motivated individuals with positive attitudes to join our Housekeeping Team. Our housekeeping staff perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain an outdoor retail center. Requirements: Applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicant should have general knowledge of tools and equipment used to clean restrooms and offices. Position requires manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and the ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform job duties. Previous cleaning experience is appreciated. Tasks: • Clean outdoor shopping center, offices, break areas, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and other areas • Empty trash, recyclable receptacles, and ashtrays • Transport other trash and waste to disposal areas • Dust and polish furniture and equipment • Sweep, scrub, wax and polish floors • Wash store front windows and doors • Report any needed repairs immediately to Maintenance Team • Check entire property for spills or water to clean up immediately • Indoor and outdoor cleaning required • Set up, arrange, and remove any decorations, tables, chairs, etc. to prepare or breakdown facilities for events • Must handle various cleaning solvents and chemicals • Must comply with all regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and State Health Department Work Environment: Exposed to outdoor environment with excessive heat and cold, physical labor, and standing for long periods of time. Pay rate depends on experience. Starting 15.00 Hourly Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K match.
