Looking for a handyman for a project must have tools and truck... start immediately These are the repairs too complete 1st Floor Floor upon entering house Exposed wires by front door and window Windows had a white substance on them Closet door is off (the door is inside of closet) Bathroom needs cleaning and checked to see if functionable (out of order sign on door) Phone jack is handing off Tile missing in kitchen Kitchen ceiling had a leak which was replaces but area is discolored Kitchen has 4 different types of cabinets Backyard- the back yard awning needs cleaning Basement -we were unable to view basement due to lights not working. 2nd Floor Rug in all rooms can be tripped on and can be pulled up die to not being laid correctly All Walls need to be paints 1st and 2nd floor Bathroom needs cleaning toilet set replaces, in between sink and door is build up. Window in bathroom needs to be address its cover in old plastic may have a leak Phone outlets are handing off on 1st and 2nd floor Front room wall has a red substance on the wall and rug
