Happy Homes LLC is looking for subcontractors to complete work orders in the Philadelphia area. Please have property preservation experience. Also: - can pass Aspen Grove background check (no felonies) - valid DL and insurance - general liability & E/O insurance (preferred) - can use Pruvan (willing to learn) - comfortable with email - timely, efficient and works independently - willing to work 5/6 days a week - 80% of work = lock changes, trash outs, cleaning and board ups Please respond with "Contractor Application" as the subject so I know you aren't spam.
