Looking for a hard-working helper

I am a contractor here in the Austin area. Looking for a reliable hard-working helper. Someone who has a little experience in several different areas. Someone who can be reliable and doesn't mind hard work. You must be able to follow instructions, and use common sense. I'm paying $20 an hour paid daily, with the option to make more, to the right person. Preferably someone who has a little experience in several different little areas. Don't have to be a master at any. Job from day-to-day will consist of different things. You'll be working doing sheetrock, painting, framing, tiling, flooring, electrical, minor Plumbing, yard work, fencing, staining, excetera. You must have your own transportation! Must have a phone that you can readily answer. Must be able to be trusted to work alone at times. Please note, I have a zero tolerance for bullshit. If I take you on, and you call in within the first two weeks, I will no longer use you. If you cannot follow directions, or use your god-given common sense, I will no longer use you. You must be able to learn and adapt quickly. I have plenty of work to keep you busy day in and day out.
