RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides customer service assistance, including pulling and staging orders Performs bin location maintenance Performs tasks to ensure safety, organization and cleanliness of the warehouse environment Assists in conducting Cycle Counting to ensure inventory accuracy Attends safety training and meetings. Follows rules and regulations Assists in the compliance of all OSHA/DOT regulations that are applicable, to include inspections, forms, reports, etc. Performs forklift inspections and completes reports Maintains a clean and safe warehouse environment Communicate consistently with management, all branch personnel, and customers May perform Shipping and Receiving functions, including the following: Verifying inventory against purchase orders for accuracy Receiving inventory into the SAP software system Staging / Shelving inventory Shipping inventory to customers Perform other duties as directed by Ram Tool management DETAILS: Monday through Friday (occasional Saturdays) No CDL required REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma (or equivalent) Ability to use Ram Tool's inventory management computer software system, SAP Ability to use warehouse layouts for planning purposes Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus Basic general computer skills Must have a "can do, roll your sleeves up, and get it done" attitude Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask constantly shifting priorities Excellent communication skills * Standard Drug screen, Driving Record and Background Checks will be performed.
