On call/per diem assignments available in the Bronx for experienced prep/line and grill cooks. Must have at least 1 year of recent culinary cook experience Must be able to work in a high volume/fast paced environment Must be able to work as a team (tough skin) Must be comfortable with prep work, grill cooking, deep frying and barbequing Must be able to work 5 to 12 hour shifts Must have own chef's uniform $20/hr
