Duties not limited to, but include the following: • Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup) • Landscaping • Plowing and Salting in winter months • Repair of Water/Sewer lines when needed • Assist in evictions (Securing and padlocking homes) • Troubleshoot problem areas • Respond immediately to any emergency calls Must be able to: • Think outside the box and resolve issues quickly and effectively • Work independently • Multitask • Operate large machinery when necessary • Occasionally lift 50lbs or more Experience Preferred (Plowing, Mowing, Trimming, etc). Must be 18 years or older and possess a current driver's license. Pay based on experience REWARDING CAREER!
