Electrician / Lighting Designer Needed

Hi there, New Vintage Church is in need of an electrician to redesign/install our stage lighting, specifically our marquee-style signs and cross. Originally, the "grace" and "peace" signs and cross had the battery-powered string lights installed. Yet, this design proved to be lacking in integrity. Then, we installed a power unit and attached the strings to it. Yet, due to the way the string lights are wired, still lacking. We need an electrician to rebuild the sign lighting from scratch, wiring it in such a fashion so that when one LED bulb goes out, the remaining ones stay lit. Also, when one bulb goes out, it is easily replaced. Help!
