Description
Maintain property in a clean condition (Pick up trash daily)
Grounds Keeping and general landscaping (Mow/Trim, Prune Trees, Trim Bushes, Keep property line clear, Water Plants Etc..)
Make ready and prepare vacant company owned homes
Vacant Lot prep and clean up for new homes
Attendance, Confidentiality and Professionalism is imperative to the job function
Must be able to lift 40lbs, stoop and bend regularly
Available from 9am-5pm 35-40 hrs/week
General Maintenance knowledge needed
Reports to management daily
