We are just little landscape installation co on the nw part of okc.we are not trying to re-invent the wheel.we are just trying to put in an honest days work for an honest days pay.the post could not have been anymore clear as to what we need.of the 10 we tried to book for this short gig(causing us not to get started until noon)9never showed up.the one that did show up brought wife and said we work as a team.when a post says(with in reason)how to contact them etc,do it.even if it sounds stupid.to those of you who are only looking for work think nothing of it.they expect it.yesterday was a perfect example of why we are horrified for the future of this nation.two of those nine we felt needed to be reported. Internet/old school....you must conduct your self professionally.especially when your being treated with respect.you can’t bully your way into a gig/job.when we or anyone post’s were not looking for a battle of wills,were j Just trying to get her done. When we say you must be physically able to do this Labor intensive work arriving with the use of the cane it’s not discrimination on our part it’s realization. If you know you got a bad back or a bad hip why would you show up and 10 minutes into the job complain Of excruciating pain and that you can’t do a task or another. Yet want to be paid for the time down? This isn’t rocket science. This is landscaping residential he mostly if you’re rude and can’t appear to follow directions why on earth would we want you around us around our clients The haters no exactly what they’re doing. This is how we screen out the bad guys/girls you got no use for them. End it pisses them off. Regardless they know we won’t put up with it and it enrages them. We’ve tried to be flexible and understanding with giving people time off for court dates. We don’t demand resumes with background checks or anything like that But when we say no phones we mean no phones when we say have your own transportation we mean have your own transportation when we say no text hires we mean we want to hear your voice and we want you to introduce yourself like you would anyone else When you’re nasty rude and unprofessional that’s what we think you’re going to get on the job. But we’re not stupid and we’re not chumps And more than anything we hate surprises. We are your biggest advocate and can respect anyone he’s trying to rebuild their life. Not destroy ours so again if you’re interested in doing this labor-intensive work and would like to work please call if we’re unavailable leave a message introducing yourself that’s all you have to do you may only want to know if it’s still open or available. We have never had luck with even one person that did not have a 405 area code when you have an area code that means you’re invested in the community That you’re living someone without a 405 area code makes it a little more difficult to track.
