We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, moving furniture, landscaping etc. Responsibilities: Pickup trash around the outside of clubhouse and all buildings on the property. Perform general maintenance (repair electrical outlets, replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair minor damages within apartment units, etc.) Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary Assist with maintenance repairs on heating and plumbing systems Assist with annual fire and alarm systems routine maintenance (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed Perform general repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace window screens, etc.) Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide Requirements: Experience as maintenance technician - 1yr Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, etc. - 1yr Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods - 2-5yr Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices - 2yr Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills - 2yr Good physical strength and conditioning This posting is for a Full-Time position of 40+ hours and we will be requiring candidates to keep open availability for on call emergency maintenance calls.
