Looking for a Business Partner for Moving Company

Hey, What's up. I'm looking for someone to partner with in growing my moving business. I have a truck, moving equipment and 3 years experience. I'm looking for someone that has good communication skills, a good work ethic and some skills at marketing themselves on and off jobs. My company is called Small Moves Only - Small Apartments | Small Offices | Storages. We mostly do pretty quick moves from residential to residential homes. The majority type items that we seem to move are Queen and King size beds, Couches and Table sets. Because of this, we usually spend more time driving than actually in the field moving stuff, although we do appreciate a good 2-3 hour move. The person/persons that I'm looking for would be comfortable: - meeting at pre-discussed locations to ride together to jobs - working easy jobs and long hard days - seeking new jobs independently - being assertive on/off jobs - communicating expectations and issues with clients and co-workers - discussing ways to improve our workflow Our current service area is the Los Angeles Area, we like to focus mainly on the Westside in cities like: Culver City, Marina Del Rey, Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Wilshire Area, Hollywood, Mid-Wilshire Area, and even DTLA If you would like more information, or to be considered for this position, please give me a call or send me something like a resume.
