Learn more about Gaines Investment Trust and our multifamily properties by visiting our website at Qualifications and Requirements: • Must live close to Escondido, California, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Responsible for general cleaning, detailing the exterior of the property, interior offices, amenities, common areas, and other assigned areas • Provides a clean, safe, well-maintained community • Walks the property for cleanliness, mop floors, sweep, assist with moving appliances and furniture, clean pools, change light bulbs, pick up trash, and other assigned duties • Experience with using a leaf blower and power washer • No on-call duty • Friendly, positive attitude • Dependable • Team player • Willing to learn • English fluency Occasional resident events or emergencies will necessitate working outside of regular business hours. There may be times when called upon based on rare necessities.
