Property preservation services include: securing a property (changing locks, boarding up), debris removal, property maintenance (winterizing, cutting grass, repairing or tarping roof leaks), and rehabilitation. What are the hours? From sun up to sun down. Schedule your own time. Be your own boss! As long as you get it in by or on due date, you're good to go! What are the basic requirements? Any handyman type background and knowledge of simple repairs of a house. Also, clean up of the exterior of the home to keep it within code standards and marketable. Equipment Requirements: Exterior/Lawn Cutting Jobs: Clippers - Commercial Lawn Mower (gas only) - Commercial Weed Eater (gas and oil only) - Commercial Blower (gas and oil only) - Rakes - Saws - Tape Measure Interior/Handyman Jobs: Tools - Trailer - Truck/SUV A up-to-date cell phone is required. Must be tech saavy! Pay: Pay is every 20 to 25 BUSINESS days from when job has been completed. This is a 1099 job. All jobs are paid out by the job and line item by line item.
