freelance savoury baker / caterer needed for 10 rehearsals

We are looking to hire a savoury pastry chef specialist to feed 19 musicians for 10 rehearsals on the following dates: September 12, September 19, October 3, October 10, October 24, October 31, November 14, November 21, December 5, December 12. We are looking for something like savory dinner meal gallettes or personal hand pies and fruit cups or some other simple side that would provide a sizable dinner portion for 18-19 people on all of those dates at around 6:15PM. Being located in the upper west side or morningside heights is best as that is where our rehearsals will be. We will need a vegetarian option, meat option, and at least 2 vegan options if possible, depending on how much that would raise the budget. We can discuss this over the phone. Our budget is approximately $100 per rehearsal, however -- we can discuss budget over the phone as we are amenable to paying for the full semester upfront for anyone willing to commit.
