IN DIRE NEED OF SOME HELP!

I have a six year old dog that need a knee operation and it runs around six thousand dollars and I don't have as I already did her other knee about 10 months ago. I'm not asking for your money I'm just hoping that someone out there knows of a veterinary school or an organization that can help out with a less expensive surgery! I've heard of them in the past but I can't seem to find them. If I can't find one cheaper I will have to put my little girl down! any info will be greatly appreciated, Thank you
