Job Description Summary
Bermex has Part Time immediate openings for motivated individuals to read utility meters in the Gwinnett County area. The job involves reading and recording utility meters on an established routes. You must be able to work unsupervised in an outside environment, which involves walking long distances in all weather conditions. This is a general labor position.
Characteristics of Work:
Requires extensive walking (5 to 7 miles per day)
Environmental Conditions: The worker is subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions, rain, snow, extreme heat and/or cold, noise, darkness and poor lighting conditions.
Examples of Required Activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, hearing and repetitive motion. Must be in good physical condition and able to life 20 lbs. on a frequent basis.
You must possess a valid driver's license that is clear of driving infractions.
A background investigation and DOT drug testing will be conducted
We offer:
Part Time work Monday through Friday.
Looking for preferred shifts of 8AM-2PM or 9AM-3PM
Starting salary $14.00 per hour.
