I need a local handyman for a 24 unit apartment complex with mostly senior citizens. The tasks would be general maintenance. It will be a part-time role where some weeks are 0-5 hours of work and others might be 20 hours. It's a very rewarding job for the right person. The pay would be in the $20 to $25 per hour range
