I have an empty, long but narrow lot on Glenwood Ave. in Jersey City, NJ. Approx. 15' x 150'. It is located on Glenwood Ave. near Saint Peter's College between Kennedy and West Side Ave. I can pay $100 to someone who will weed whack the lot. I do not need the lot raked, the whacked plants can just lay there. You MUST have a blade on the weed whacker, not a string. If you don't have a weed whacker I can rent you one at Duncan Hardware around the corner from the lot, but you will be held responsible if you run off with it as you will be renting it out in your name. Those with their own weed whacker will get priority. The pay is firm as it won't take more than 3-hours to do the job. Also, you must pick up any stray garbage that is thrown on the lot. There isn't usually much, but sometimes the college kids throw bottles and cans into the lot.
