Entry Level or Senior Positions- Start Immediately! We are a boutique woodworking manufacturing company in Washington, NJ looking for hardworking people to join our growing team! Due to the high demand for our hand-crafted products, we are looking to hire a few additional staff members. Ideally we’re looking for a full-time commitment, but we would also be open to long-term, part- time staff. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from and work with a lean, high functioning team to develop quality artisan products in our woodshop. This is a family owned and operated business that has been growing over the last decade and has reached a tipping point of needing to scale- the successful candidate will be a reliable team player who is eager to develop their skills as we grow. Previous shop experience would be helpful, but it isn’t necessary – we’re willing to train the right person! What you’ll do ● Participate and learn through in-house on the job training ● Operate production equipment, including sanders, buffers, drill press ● Perform manual work with hands with the ability to stand for extended periods of time ● Contribute to the development of high quality, hand-crafted artisan wood products What you bring ● Strong attention to detail ● Physical stamina and dexterity ● Ability to follow directions and pickup new skills quickly ● Previous experience with power tools will be a strong asset What we provide ● Opportunities to learn and grow ● Competitive hourly wage based on experience ● Paid time off (vacation and sick time) ● Free onsite parking ● Subsidized wellness benefit after probationary period
