Seeking to hire a part-time maintenance employee for a 163 site RV Community. Monday-Friday General Maintenance Duties. Electrical -Breaker and receptacle replacement. Plumbing (light) - Replace faucets, repair toilets, water heaters, PVC and CPVC. Drywall - Simple repairs, installations, and replacement as needed - ceiling and wall texture. Painting/Staining - Interior and exterior walls, ceilings, decks, etc. Property maintenance - Trash and clean-up of grounds. Maintaining laundry machines and lawn equipment. Must have valid driver's license in order to pick up various supplies. Applicant must be an experienced professional and maintain a professional appearance.
