Looking for a handyman to work part-time Should have knowledge in: Basic plumbing Basic HVAC Painting Basic electrical Basic carpentry Undertake light installation Repair equipment or appliances Assist trades people with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks Identify and report the need for major repairs Trash out Unit turnover Skills Proven experience as handyman Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems Good communication ability Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail Reliable Must have your own tools Must have your own vehicle Job Type: Part-time $15 an hr
