Hello. My son and I are renting a room from someone. We pay rent and part of electric each month. My roommate paid the electric bill twice now and the first time it did not go through on there end but took the money from her account. So she paid again and it said the payment was successful. Something like that. But our bill still shows we need to pay $600 within a week or two or power will be shut off. If anyone cane help us to get it paid off we would greatly appreciate it. We have been struggling since covid and money has been tight and now we have nothing extra to get it paid. There are 3 adults and two children in the house. If anyone can help or even point us in the right direction so our power does not get shut off it would be a blessing. Thank you. Attached is the bill.
