American Bey LLC is looking for reliable contractors in JACKSONVILLE, FL and SURROUNDING AREAS who are familiar with the property preservation field. We utilize PPW and are currently expanding with clientele and contractors. We have a large volume of grass cuts that are WEEKLY cuts in Jacksonville and are looking to bring on new contractors ASAP. Duties & Responsibilities: (Not Limited To) - Property Inspections - Initial Secures/Lock Changes - Window and Door Board Ups (as needed) - Trash/Debris Removal - Lawn/Landscape Maintenance - Tree Trimming/Shrub Trimming - Winterizations - Misc. Handyman Duties Requirements: - Ability to complete orders with specific turnaround times - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Must follow work order instructions and have great communication skills - Must have proper equipment/tools/locks to perform property preservation work - Must have the ability to photograph and document work - Smart Phone for the PPW Mobile App - Basic construction knowledge is a plus Click the link below to apply:
