Free Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
A fun-filled course that uses gentle joint-safe exercises for people with arthritis to help
relieve stiffness, decrease arthritis pain, and improve balance.
The low-impact exercises can
be adapted for various fitness levels and performed seated.
The one-hour sessions meet twice a week for eight weeks.
