Groth Vineyards Wine Dinner at Haven Haven and Bern's Fine Wines & Spirits Collaboration Dinner Our third in a series of 2021 dinners at Haven $175 per person (seats will be sold in groups of two and seated at a community table) It is with great pleasure that Haven is hosting the wines of Groth Vineyards. Come taste and learn about a selection of their esteemed wines from Groth’s Florida Sales Manager, Sarah Poe, while indulging in a 5 course dinner from the genius of Chef Chad Johnson. First Course Groth Estate White, Oakville 2019 Foie Gras Torchon – lychee, asian pear, pink peppercorn, brioche Second Course Groth Estate Chardonnay, Hillview Vineyard, Napa Valley 2019 Black Bass – coconut clam chowder Third Course Groth Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville 2017 Smoked Rohan Duck Breast – spelt, turnip greens, red eye jus Fourth Course Groth Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville 2016 Tandoori Spiced Venison– yam samosa, tamarind bordelaise Fifth Course Groth Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville 2017 Smoked Beef Cheek – savoy cabbage, porcini, port Petit Fours ~Due to the size of the space, this will not be a socially distanced dinner~ Please note: Due to the format of this dinner; allergies and dietary substitutions cannot be accommodated.
