Job Description The Stamford Junk Pros are a full service junk removal and dumpster rental company serving the Fairfield, New Haven, and Westchester County areas. We are a family owned business headquartered in Stamford, CT. We are looking for a punctual, and hardworking person to add to our growing team. This is a full-time / part-time labor intensive truck driving and junk hauling job and the starting pay for the position currently available is $15.00 to $19.00 based on your qualifications and skill set (plus occasional tips from customers and there are opportunities for growth). Qualifications: Hours are usually from 7:30am to 4:00pm but can vary depending on the time of year. Must be at least 21 or older to drive. Should have excellent customer service, problem-solving, communication skills, be able to work in a team setting and be able to communicate effectively via email and phone. Must be able to speak and understand English. Must be punctual and able to work well with other people. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. or more for extended periods of time throughout the day. Previous experience with a junk removal or moving company is a plus. Must have the ability to stand on feet, pull, push and bend for extended periods of time throughout the day. CDL license is not required but is a plus. Have no major crime history/felons need not apply. Must have a clean driving record.
